Best image format

What is the best image format to use in Word Documents whereby their
quality won't degrade with resizing?

I have a jpg file and when it is resized, looks fuzzy. I also have the
same image in WMF but it looks horribly jagged when it is resized.

JPGs, Bitmaps, and GIFs will all look fuzzy when resized.

WMF shouldn't look "jagged" at all when resized-- If it does, try looking at
a printed copy.
