Best Practice for Implementing PS 2007

Dear Guys,

i'm very new in project server 2007.
since my company want to use it, they order me to explore ps 07.
Does anybody have scenario/tutorial how to use it, since in ps 2007 have
many features like my task, my timesheet etc.

need your help about this.
