Best practice for storing company-related info?

D

dan

To file information related to a company in general, not to one of its contacts
in particular. Things like their main line of business, link to other companies,
etc.

I do not need a full-fledged CRM app, not even Business Contacts. Only store
some basic common data.
I was wondering if there is a known best practice for filing this in Outlook
2003.

Thanks

My practice (and I don't claim it to be "best"), is to create a contact whose
File As is the comany and then keep the information such as you describe in
the notes pane of the contact record.
