I am looking for expert views over new farm setup for Project server & WSS 3.0

I want to go for 64 bit Envirnoment. then please refer some best practices
or guide.

what i am thinking is: Offic eProject server 2007 64 Bit, WIndows Server
2008 64 bit, SQl Server 2005 64 bit / SQl Server 5 2008 64 bit.

also recommend me some monitoring and managment tool for the envirnoment e.g
antivirus, monitoring, managemnt.

the architecture of your deployment depends on numerous attributes such as:-

# of users
# and size of projects
Usage patterns
Availability requirements
Access from Extranet
# and size of documents
etc, etc

If you don't know these, X64 is a good platform for scaling up and out. Use
DNS aliases for the WFE to enable you to add additional servers if required.

Microsoft provide MOM packs for monitoring Project Server, however there are
also a number of key perfmon counters available which can provide a similar
function.

I'd recommend that you at least read the planning guide
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-nz/library/cc197605(en-us).aspx or engage
with an EPM certified partner to help you with this deployment.
