Best Visio Reference to Learn About Database Stencil

I work documentating DBMS' and need to better understand the Database
stencils. Can someone refer me to a good resource? I need to understand how
to do it connected to the database with ODBC connections, but also
documenting the relationships remotely. For example, I'm going nuts trying
to figure out how to get simple crow's feet to show one-to-many
relationships. It doesn't look like the connector tool from the stencil does
that anymore, so I've tried changing the line end of the connector. No
matter what I do the end will not change. And, the connector tool's arrow
always points in the opposite direction of how I drew it.
