Best way to design web site for easy update

I would like to design a web site for my church that makes it easy for office
personel at the church to change and update content to various pages leaving
the style the same. What is the best way to accomplish this in front page
3000?

I guess you could wait 994 years until FP3000 is released, by then there
probably will be an easy way.

Until then check out a simple CMS (Content Management System) like
ContentSeed - check to see if this will work on your server.

But I heard fp3000 is due out in beta form next week.
Oh My, That's a typo only a 300 year old man would make.

Anyhow, I looked at "Content Seed" might do the trick. Thanks for the
suggestion.
