Best way to display Mulitple comboboxes and dropdown boxes for a userform

I have been searching for a way to display information on a userform.
We have 6 teams for first box that will supply leaders dropdown
Supply individual catagories to 10 combo boxes, each will supply a dropdown to select text to display.

At the bottom, there is another 10 dropdowns to choose who on which team was there.

I am not sure where to start looking, I am trying to set up an excel workbook and have the teams(worksheets) with lists of tasks to be displayed as text.

I know big project by hey I need something to do in my spare time.
