Best way to handle multiple projects

I have 100 projects that are made out of the same 50 tasks. Would it be
better to create one project with 100 summary lines and 50 subtask under each
or should I create 100 projects with 50 tasks and insert the 100 projects
into one primary project?

I'm using Project 2003 and PWA 2003. I'll be assigning resources. I'm
afraid if I create one project that the resources won't know what subtask to
work on because each of the subtask within each group will have the same
description.
