Best way to navigate through forms

What is the best way to navigate through forms? The way I do it now does not seem to refresh the form. I just manipulate the .visible property. I'm not concerned with how fast it runs, but more concerned about starting the form from scratch..ex..clearing the values from text boxes etc.. Thanks in advance

I'm a bit puzzled as to what navigation through a form has to do with
refreshing the form or it's visible property. Could you be a bit more
specific about what you want to do?
