What is the best way to keep track of new orders from customers (I sell
books) and then print labels to ship their orders?
I have used ACT! in which I simply create todos and then access the task
list, print the labels and close the todos which leaves me a history in my
notes.
What is the best way to do the same thing with BCM? Do I work from Tasks
and then Opportunities?
I already have an Aladdin add-on for printing labels directly from the
contacts.
