Newbie question:
I'm creatinga database for incident reporting. I've got a table for each
question, with records for each response. I'll link these to the primary
table (Incident) to keep responses consistent. However, many questions on
the original paper form have an "Other" option that requires text entry.
Whats the best way to store this? Create additional fields in the Incident
table?
