Beta 2 Kit 2003

I cannot start two programs manely One Note & Front Page 2003, all the other
office progs work.
With One Note I get the following message:-
The procedure entry point
?Set@Properties@Jot@@YGXPAUIPropertySet@2@ABUPropertyInfo@2@PBXW4PropertyTyp
e@2@@Z could not be located

With Front Page I get the following message:-
The procedure entry point ?UDC_LOCATION_STSURL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@2QBGB could not
be locatedin the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll



Can anyone help?
