Beta 2 update problems

After reloading Office Beta 2 after a format c:, Office
update doesn't find any updates that are needed. Is
there another way to get the "Tech Refresh" and Visio '03?

The Office 2003 Beta 2 and Tech Refresh were available from the Office
Preview site (you got the CDs not a download)
from http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/default.asp
The link is no longer active since we have released to manufacture the
Office 2003 suite.

Go to MS Downloads and search on "office 2003"...it's all there.
