Beta 2007 user

[Word 2007 Errors]

When I try to open documents in word 2007 I get the following error message.
"This document is unavailable" Wheter it is 2003 format or new document using
word 2007. What is up?

I do not have Norton I have McAfee.

Disable the Office Plug-in for Office in Norton Antivirus. See Method

What happens if you open Word 2007 in safe mode? To do this, hold the Ctrl
key as Word is opening, then say Yes to safe mode.
