Beta back to 2003

I have installed Office 2007 Beta with TR. It expires on 3/31. I'd like to go
back to Office 2003. I have no issues with Word, Excel, Access.... What about
Outlook? Will it automatically pick up my .pst files and be OK, or do I have
to do some back-convert?
