BETA:BUG: Problem sending large attachments to NTMail v7

Problem exists in Outlook 2002 also.
Current test scenario:
Outlook 2003.4920
Sending 4mb zip file
POP3 server running NTMail v7
Problem:
Outlook starts sending the large mail,in Send/Receive
details, many Sends accumulate, each one processing.
Never finishes. The recipient gets endless copies of the
4mb file. The server gets real full. Get call/email from
mail admin and the recipient of many large emails.
New Send/receives get queued up before the first one
finishes.
I have auto send/receive set for 3 mins. I tried setting
it to 10 mins. Didn't help.
POP3 server hosting my domain is www.gygabite.com.
You can see the problem by sending me an email at
(e-mail address removed) of 4mb in size. (Please don't send me
endless copies, after 5 or 10 mins, kill the Send)
