BETA Business Contact Manager OL2003

I have installed BCM on top of OL2003 Build 5329 (B2TR) without any problem.
I opened Outlook after the installation. A window appeared asking "Would you
like to use Business Contact Manager with your current Outlook profile?". I
clicked Yes. Outlook started to create new BCM database but after a short
while error appeared as "Database creation has failed" and "ServiceEntry:
User cancelled".

Pls. help on how to solve this problem.
