Beta expires after 50 uses

No problem installing ON2007 nor upgrading my ON2003 files.

My concern is that the opening screen says that this beta is limited to 50
uses and the release version is not due out till next year.

Is it futile to use ON2007 because it is so time limited, or will there be
extensions?

Will files produced in ON2007 be backward compatible with ON2003?

Thanks

From what I have heard you should be able to use it until the Feb 2007 like
Gary mentions.

I can't activate over the internet for some reason (I've tried turning off
firewall etc.) and there is no way to activate over the telephone - that
button is greyed out in the box. Is there a phone number for activation?

They are experiencing difficulties and I know they are working on it.

That is all we have right now, please be patient.

If you got the beta from Microsoft (i.e., from the preview site or another
official location), the keys were on the same page as the download links. If
you got it from another source... well I won't even go there....

It is 12:30pm Eastern and I still can not activate. Telephone activation is
greyed out. How much longer?

Once you ACTIVATE your copy of the Beta that limitation goes away, the 49
uses is only for copies thta hve NOT been activated.

If you received th beta legitimately from Microsoft the product key would of
been right next to the download link. If U got it from elseewhere then,
sorry cannot help ya!
