beta2 version of office and its limited capabilities ofter expiration

WEN

I have the office beta 2 kit and expiration is nearing. I didn't get the refresh cause I'm on dial-up and the download time was WAY to long.
Does anyone know what the limited capabilities of the program are going to be. I'm I still going to be able to use applications in info path like the invoice templates I have created and are website creations and word documents gooing to be accessable?

Hi Wen,

Reduced functionallity mode of the Office apps turn
it pretty much a document viewer and printer.
None of your documents will be lost and they can
be opened but you won't be able to save any changes
to them. Installing production or trail Office 2003
copy and activating would enable full functionality.

Thankyou for the information, however, when intalling a
trial version won't I run into the same in about a month
when the trial version expires? Any suggestions on where
the best place to go for software is. seems that the
versions I need such as the beta 2003 version and its
applications are so expensive and I run a home office for
two different businesses, with a third coming on shortly.
All are in the developing stage and the applications
included in the 2003 beta package are all very helpful.
But in order to get the softwares I need to continue I
will probably be spending upwards of $1500.00 or more,
pretty steep for me right now. Other versions with less
capability are going to be limiting. Help? I'm affraid all
the work I'v put in so far to the developing off the
office end of these businesses is going to be lost.

If you want the capabilities of Office 2003, you will need to purchase the
software.
