better help in word betta2 07

hi
i'm using word betta2 07 and i'm spending tons of time trying to find where
things were moved or put. there should be an index or better help in finding
tools.

If you have the contents pane displayed on the left side of the help
window but it's empty, try clicking the Search button just above it to
get the dropdown menu. Switch from Online to Offline or vice versa,
then repeat the click and switch back again. That should cause the
contents pane to fill properly.

There's a bug (which I reported a few days ago) where Help starts with
an Online connection but it doesn't get any information for the
contents pane. The help topics are there, you just can't see them.

One of those links is (I believe) to a downloadable document. Since I don't
have the beta installed, I don't have access to either page.
