Right now, BCM lists every action in a separate line in account history (any
email sent, received) as well as business notes etc...
I would like to have a way to manage this by type of account history... for
example see all notes grouped together under notes, then all emails under
emails etc...
Right now my notes can be buried below a number of email threads. And when
there is discussion on an email thread... the listing of emails soon adds up
quickly.
Thanks for any suggestions on how this can be done. Or look forward to
seeing this feature added.
