Beware, Microsoft Stealing from Customers

Hi. We purchased 10 copies of Office 2003 Pro from AtomicPark.com

One of the machines that we installed this on last week has died. We purchased a replacement and attempted to activate Office 2003, microsoft says we have to purchase another copy.

I spoke to the manager at MS, he was a total jerk. I reported this to the BBB and emailed AtomicPark

This is pure Un-Ethical business practices if you ask me. Why doesn't Microsoft just go steal their money, thats basically what happened here...don't let this happen to you!

Greetings Mike,

It is completely OK to use the same CDs on a new machine when a machine
dies. Please call Microsoft Product Support Services at (425) 635-7056, and
if necessary ask to speak to a manager. We should be able to assist you
with this issue.
