beyond beginner

I created a mdb file with frontpage 2003 and now i want to
edit/remove some of the database files within that mdb.
Ok, so i double click the mdb file and this microsoft
access box comes up, but it displays nothing. The access
software is just like some kind of shell. Cannot open
files within and the help menu has no content.
frustrating...........
What's up with this?

If the file is an mdb and not an mde, try holding the Shift key down while
you open it. It could be that some of the startup options have been set to
not show the database window.
