Beyond ORK

Our firm is upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003 later this year. The
'committee' has a laundry list of settings that they would like applied to
the standard installation. Many are valid, some are tedious and cosmetic.

I am familiar with the ORK CIW and have created a few installation package
variations. My question is where do I go when the ORK falls short??

Examples:
1) It has been decided that our firm would like to have Word display the
Standard and Formatting Toolbars on two rows (in Word, under Tools |
Customize | Options...). This would be an example of a setting that the ORK
does not offer. I can't find it in the registry. And my Office VBA is
weak....
2) How do I turn off the darned Language Bar?

Suggestions on just these two items??
