Bi-directional contact / calendar / journal sync.

Hi,

Within our organisation we need to update a global address book,
calendar and journel with user contact, calendar and journal
information, adding the users initials. We also need to back annotate
the individual user's local folders with updates to the server from
other users.

I note that Outlook Sync Central does this - but only in the one
direction (ie there is no back annotation of company wide data to the
user's individual local folders).

Anyone any thoughts on how we might best achieve this?
