Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Is there a way to export bibliographic citations in a file so I can use them on another computer -- so that I can import them without reentering all over again? There must be, but I can't seem to figure it out.

Word does this automatically for you.

Every Citation you use is automatically added to the Master List, which is
not stored ion the document, it's stored on the computer.

If you open another document, you can re-use those citations simply by
clicking where you want the reference to appear.

In the Word 21008 help, search on the word "citation": there are three main
topics you may wish to read that describe managing citations.

Cheers

The master list contains all sources you ever entered on your computer and
is saved under Documents\Microsoft User Data\Sources.xml. You can move that
file between computers.
