I was very excited to find onenote, and delighted that it had a notebook type
called research. I am a graduate student, starting on my scholarly career.
To my disappointment, there was no bibliographic feature. As we know, good
research notetaking must include a bibliographic record in the right writing
style, and then notes based on themes. Onenote is the ideal way to do this,
but needs to develop a more user friendly connection with its word function
for references, onenote, or Zotero, or Carmun, or Worldcat. There are so
many free resources out there that should be able to interface seamlessly
with onenote.
In the meantime, I have to go and buy something else, or see if google has
something better.
If this could be remedied, Onenote would become invaluable to researchers
and scholars.
