Big Ask! Using the Web to access data

Hi,

I have never touched anything like this in Access before (Have done it a few
times using Cold Fusion) so am unsure if this can be done;

I have a table that contains 2 postcodes for each client (800), I have a
website that will tell me the distance (as the crow flies) between the two,
Is there anyway I can automate the entry of the distance between the two so
that Access sends the postcode info, captures the distance and appends the
information to the correct client???

Not even sure if this is possible,
