When I open an HTML file, Word 2007 changes all the hyperlinks and references
in the page. Word makes the hyperlink one character short vs. the name of the
reference link. How can I make Word stop changing the links in the HTML
document?
HTML Example:
<a href="#Ref: Things are getting too difficult to handle right now.">This
is a test</a>
<a name="Ref: Things are getting too difficult to handle right now.">This is
what I am referencing</a>
Word does this to the the hyperlinks if I save or convert it to a Word
document:
<a href="#Ref:_Things_are_getting_too_difficult_t">This is a test</a>
<a name="Ref:_Things_are_getting_too_difficult_to">This is what I am
referencing</a>
Please help!
