Big-red-x again

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

Hi,
I'm using MS Word 2008 for Mac v12.0.1 (080305)

When I open documents made with MS Word in Window with EMF pictures inside all of them are displayed as big-red-x.

I upgraded to 2008 just to fix this (in)famous problem. Do you have any suggestion ?

We would really like to take a look at what might be causing these issues.
Are you seeing the red-x with Word2004 or your previous Word version?

If anybody else sees the same issues please forward me your docs with some
information on when this started happening and if you can see the graphics
on a previous version.
