Bill of materials/assembly

I want to contro, my inventory in Access. I have machines that I buy various
parts for. When I put a machine in to stock I would like to debit each part
in the inventory automatically. e.g. 2 wheels, 1 frame, etc. Has anybody got
a framework dbase to get me started please?
