Billing several tenants from one electric bill

Help, Please! Does anyone know of an Excel template that will allow you to
take an electric bill showing one amount owed and split it among several
tenants? I think it would include a starting and ending meter reading for
each meter, price per kilowatt, total per tenant and balance back to bill
total and I'm sure more. Thanks for any advice.

If you have separate meters, I would think your electric company could send
you separate bills.

I'm inheriting the situation but think the submeters may be virtual or a
software calculation. Thanks.
