Bind Infopath Rich text box and File attachement to access or SQL

Is it possible to Bind Infopath Rich Text box or file attachement control to
Access or SQL. We try and when we are linked to a BD the Rich text box is
not available or we got an error.

Actually Sharepoint does it, We can use the file attachement and Rich Text
Box, and as far I know, Sharepoint use WMSDE or SQL?
