Binder collating printing issue

Hi,

I have a user who has W2K, Ofc2K - SP3. Regardless of how
many documents in a binder are selected to print to a
networked Xerox copier, if the user wants to collate 2
documents together into 2 sets, each set will have 2
copies of the documents selected; if the user wants to
collate 4 documents together into 4 sets, each set will
have 4 copies of the documents selected.

However, if the user just selects indivual documents that
are not in a binder, it prints/collates o.k. I couldn't
find anything relevant on the KB - any ideas?
