Binder for Office 2003

I am trying to find out if there is a comparable functionality in Office 2003
to Office Binder. The 2000 version does not work well with many 2003 file
types, especially Visio. We have built business practices around the Binder
functions and would prefer to not have to change those processes.

Unfortunately, MS discontinued the Office binder
after the Office 2000 version. While it can be
installed from the 2000 CD, it's a 'use as is only'
basis product.

I've seen some folks use web page frames to emulate
the binders but it's not always effective.
