binder printing

I'm trying to print several documents I've pulled together in a single binder, but when I go to print all I get is a single blank page. If I use print preview it shows the five documents that should be printed, but I when I go forward to print, just a single blank page
I've selected print all visible and print all selected with the same results.
Any help?
