Binder Will Not Send In Outlook 2003

When completing a Binder package, I select File, Send to, Routin
recipient, add my names and send it off. I get an error that states: "
program is trying to access email adresses you have stored in Outlook
Do you want to allow this?" I have to click yes for it to go but i
earlier versions of Outlook it would just send. I am running WINXP Pro
Office 2000 w/o outllook 2000, and outlook 2003. Please help if you can

that alert warns you something (the send to action) to accessing outlook.
unless you use exchange server and the admin disables it, you'll have to
live with it.
