Binding Visio into Access Forms or directly connecting to Visio Ap

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations in how to bind Visio
objects (shapes) into Access 2003 forms or better yet directly connecting to
Visio applications within the VBA.

My goal is to display the user input into the rectangle and circle shape
objects on the generic Visio diagram (template) that is read from Access
database.

Any suggestions, helpful URLs would be very much appreciated.
