Birthdays and all day events

Hello!
I own a PPC and I sync with MS Outlook.
Well, I have one problem with birthday's contacts and calendar.
As you know, when I create on Outllook a contact and insert a Birthday date,
Outlook automatically creates a "all day event".
I want to know if it's possible not to do so, dont create this all day event.

It's not possible, to the best of my knowledge. If you add a birthdate to a
Contact item, it will get propagated to the calendar.
