Birthdays - Calendar question

I feel like I'm missing something.

I'm using Office 2002 XP and I have entered a lot of
birthdays in the appropriate fields in contacts.

Unfortunately they don't show up in the calendar.


Is there a simple way to get the birthdays to show up in
the Calendar?
