birthday's cover 2 days on calender

I clicked "Automtically adjust time for daylight savings" on my clock
properties which corrected the fact that my sent messages were given a time
stamp an hour off. But after I did this, it stretched all my birthdays and
anniversaries into 2 days. Any suggestions?
