Birthdays on Palm Tungsten T3 dissapear when sync with Enterage

In the Palm Tungsten T3 there is a tab in CONTACTS to add birthday.
When a hotsync is perfomed with Entourage the birthday dissapears!
Further it does NOT go the birthday field in entourage. If you add
the birthday in Entourage it does NOT go back into the palm after sync
but it does stay in Entourage...
Any Ideas???

That's a known issue, documented here:

It occurs because the Handheld Synchronization conduit for Entourage was
released before the new handhelds with Organizer Plus (Contacts, Calendar,
Memos, Tasks) were released. An updated conduit is necessary for the
synchronization to work properly. Your request here should be logged.
