Biz Contact Mgr Setup Wizard doesn't go past first page, gives err

Previous purchased Office 2007 Upgrade with Biz Contact Mgr. Found out I
shouldn't have purchased this version because I didn't originally have Biz
Contact Mgr. 2003 I had the student/teacher version. Thus, returned software
to Dell and ordered full version. Reinstalled when arrived a week ago.

When I open Outlook 2007 now the Biz C Mgr wizard kicks in and gives me two
choices -- Express or Advance. This is what happens whether I choose either
one.

Error: Business Contact Manager for Outlook, Database creation was
unsuccessful. Can't go any further.

Seq. is installed but technical son says it is probably corrupted.

Dell support couldn't help me on this.

Are you using Vista?
Can you try these two:
1. If Vista, run Outlook as an administrator
2. If not, can you try creating a new Outlook profile?

Yes, can create new profile but it still goes into Biz Contact Mgr wizard
with the same error.

Check to see that a sqlserver service is running the MSSMLBIZ
instance. If it's not, start it before running Outlook.
