We have one user who is having problems with her Outlook 2002 email client.
The options "View->Current View->Messages" and "View->Current View->Messages
with AutoPreview" seem to be reveresed on her local machine AS WELL as on
her terminal server Outlook client!!! Also, when she goes to
'View->AutoPreview", it only show the message body for the FIRST email
item!!! If she "deselects" that option, it seems to occasionally show the
auto preview of incoming messages only...
When I log onto the same terminal server and check my messages (using the
same installed Outlook client), everything is fine, leading me to believe
she may have some corrup settings on both her local machine and in her
"documents and Settings" dir on the terminal server??
This seems wierd!
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks,
Brad
It works fien for me on the SAME terminal server
