Bizarre Problem -- Word Won't Save

I have a problem with MS Word (and only MS Word, no other Office
product is affected). At random times, Word will no longer save. I
get an error message that the disk is full, no matter which disk I try
to use. It should be noted, of course, that the disk is NOT full.
Occasionally, it will save in a random folder if I try long enough.

Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?
