Bizarre Visio behavour

Visio 2002 Professional SP-2

When I close Visio uing Alt-F4 or click the "X" in the upper right corner,
any method except forcing it down by ending the process using task manager,
it starts itself back up again.
It doesn't re-open the file I was working on but comes up "empty".
Doesn't matter how many times I close it, it comes right back up!!!

Any ideas???

Hi Sam,

It's possible that you have a custom add-on or com add-in which is
misbehaving and causing this behavior. Try turning off the VBA and COM
Add-ins selections on the Security tab of the Visio Options dialog (select
Tools > Options, go to the Security tab) to see if the behavior stops.
