Biztalk webservice strips PI from IP form

Im using IP to send a from to an orchestration, the
orchestration is distributed through a webservice. When i
receive this data from the IP form, im missing the PI
information. How do i add this infomation to the received
data so i can post the data with the PI infomation ?
