bizzare page size in PRINT LAYOUT

I have stanard 8 1/2 x 11 paper size selected, and
periodically Word will show a strange size page where the
upper and lower margins don't seem to exist. Print out is
ok, but the view on the monitor shows a short, fat page
with no upper/lower margins. Anyone else seen this? Have
a fix? Would appreciate advice.

Assuming this is Word 2002 and you are in Print Layout view, hover your
mouse over the line between the pages until you see a double-headed arrow
and the ScreenTip "Show White Space." Click the mouse.
