black bands across pages

His Love Changed me

my documents have black bands across the bottom of pages, in word (print
format - 100% - does nots show up when documents are of smaller size) and web
format. I obviously made changes to my settings and I am not sure why I have
this problem and how to get rid of it. Please help..
