Black line at top of brochure

I created a informational brochure using Publisher. When I print using a
LaserJet, it prints perfectly. However, I sent to our printing department as
a .tif and now a thin black line appears at the top of the brochure on both
sides. Any suggestions?

Did you save as a picture in Publisher? There are different .tiff variations.
Can you save the document in another graphic extension? Can you crop the line
out?
